Health MindTrack on your phone

Open this page on your phone to install. On Android an Install app button appears here; on iPhone use Safari's button.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open https://healthmindtrack.com in Chrome.
2. Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
3. Tap “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
4. Tap Install. The Health MindTrack icon appears on your home screen.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

1. Open https://healthmindtrack.com in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
4. Tap Add. Open Health MindTrack from your home screen.

Then create your account or sign in to start your check-ins.
